Baked apple anyone?
This is a great I like to make when I don't want junk food. For this delicious snack, I like to use green apples. They're sweet and tart and perfect for baking.
Slice the apple thin, probably into half inch slices, and lay the apple slices onto a sheet of aluminum foil.
Melt 2 tbsp of butter (I use dairy free) in a small bowl and add 1 tbsp of brown sugar and mix. Pour or brush the mixture onto the apples slices. Then sprinkle on some cinnamon and nutmeg. However much you use is up to you.
Fold the aluminum foil as and seal it so the apple slices are enclosed in the foil. Bake for 20 minutes on 350°, plate and eat!
