Simple Smoked Salmon and Shrimp Pockets

Smoked anything tastes good. I especially love smoked salmon. We didn't plan on grilling, so this was made on the fly.


What you'll need:

  • Shrimp

  • Salmon

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Old Bay

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion

  • Corn on the cob

  • Foil

  • Lemon zest (optional)


Directions:

Light your grill. We have a grill with a smoker attached, but if you don't have one, this will do just fine in the oven. Place all ingredients into a piece of foil.

Fold each end of the foil to create a pocket. You're basically enclosing all of the ingredients to trap the smoke in. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
